In-Home Family Support and Respite

Range Center’s  in-home family support and respite programs, called OUTLOOK, provide family-focused  services which enhance a family's ability to provide in-home care to their family member with a developmental disability.  OUTLOOK is designed to offer flexible, ongoing supports based on the individual needs of the person with a disability and their family; whether it is providing specialized transportation to a local basketball game or coming into the home to provide a needed break to family caregivers.Families can reply on quality services from our organization.  Range Center, Inc. employees have completed all training required for licensed providers and continually update their education through our state-of-the-art training program from the University of Minnesota and other experts in the field of developmental disabilities. Employees are carefully screened, hired and supervised by experienced management staff members.Once enrolled, the supervisor of the program collaborates with the individual’s family to identify and assess needed supports. They then work together to develop plans of support while coordinating with other government and community agencies.  The goal of the program is to offer the most flexible form of supports necessary to enable individuals with disabilities to stay in their own home while enjoying all the benefits of community involvement in Northeastern Minnesota.
